Payment and shipping conditions
1 The risks and responsibility for the purchased goods shall pass to the Purchaser on delivery.
2 The purchased goods will remain as property of A Class Trading until the full payment
for the Goods which have been or will be delivered to the Purchaser has been completed.
3 The full payment for the goods must be received by the 20th day of the following month from the date the order has been placed.
4 In the event the full payment has not been received by the original due date as of 20th of the following month from the date of the ordering,
there will be charged monthly an interest of 2% of the remaining current balance until balance has been paid in full.
Return conditions and procedure
1 Faulty or damaged goods would be replaced or credited to the purchaser pending the claim is notified within 7(seven) days of receiving the goods
by the purchaser and acknowledge by the Vendor.
2 The return of the faulty or damaged goods would be by arrangement between the Vendor and purchaser.
3 In case the faulty goods are to be credited for the amount of the returned goods within 7(seven) days of receiving and confirming the faulty goods by the Vendor.
4 For any other returns must be notified to and authorized by Vendor within 30(thirty) days for receiving the goods by the Purchaser and the goods must be in unopened,
original packaging conditions to be credited for the returned goods and a charge to 20% restocking fee will apply.
